Do I need to be at the office or at home to let you in, or can I give you a key?
We have numerous keys stored on a secure board to which only our Team Leaders have access. We label each key by a customer code - not business or address. This makes it easier for our clients not to have to remember to leave a key each day/night we are scheduled. We are licensed, bonded and insured. Should you require a copy of our documentation, please ask.

4. Will you be the working at our office or will you send someone else?
Typically, management will start the service and fine tune and monitor all tasks as needed.

5. How would you like me to pay?
Arrangements for payment will be negotiated in advance with the person who is legally responsible for paying invoices.

6. What if I want extra services (i.e.: inside the refrigerator or oven)? How do I request them?

Should you require Supplemental Services, please call us in advance if possible. This allows us notice to allocate additional scheduling time or staff for needs.

We appreciate your business and guarantee our service...if you are unsatisfied in any way, please let us know within 24hrs of the visit, and we will correct it within 48!
